Chopin Potato Vodka

As how my American friends call it "Sho-pin", I must insist it's meant to be "Sho-Pahn". Well this is one of the best vodkas I've tasted, of course apart from your Belvedere and Grey Goose. Check out their website! They have quite a few slick cocktail recipes I can't wait to try. LOVE LOVE LOVE the idea of mixing vodka with champagne :) My favorite drink is a shot of vodka, with a shot of Chambord, only to top it all up with Champagne. Korbel will do the job here, no need to spend $$$ on Moet or Veuve. Ooh and the best part, top it up with blueberries! The berries taste soooo good after being soaked in the drink - leave them for the absolute last!

Problem: does anyone know how to keep champagne overnight without it going flat? Advise!!
